Location: Multiple UK Sites
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 (flexibility required for evenings/weekends)
Reporting to: Senior Operations Manager (Soft Services)

🔧 Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Escorting Officer to support our Facilities Management operations across a UK-wide estate. This role involves escorting sub-contractors and visitors through secure buildings, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

Escort sub-contractors and visitors across multiple UK sites
Ensure adherence to client security procedures at all times
Report directly to the Senior Operations Manager (Soft Services)
Undertake additional tasking as directed
Complete all mandatory company training
Maintain strong working knowledge of Health & Safety practices
Travel extensively across the UK, including overnight stays and weekend work

🧍 Person Specification

Must be a British National eligible for DV clearance (in-depth and intrusive vetting)
Physically fit – role involves extensive walking and activity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage and guide visitors professionally
Flexible and adaptable to changing work patterns and schedules
Strong awareness of site security and safety protocols
