We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Technical Services Co-Ordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment supporting the delivery of technical services.
Main Duties:
In this role, you will be responsible for PPM planning, uploading and maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating both sub-contractors and internal engineers. You will be expected to obtain quotations for works and services, review and upload Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and generate daily compliance reports using our CAFM system. You will also support client invoicing processes by ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately recorded and submitted in a timely manner to facilitate efficient and accurate billing. Your duties will include managing all administration processes related to the contract, taking instruction from the Head of Operations as required, attending weekly and monthly meetings or conference calls, and updating internal and external databases and administration systems. You will be expected to accurately file both manually and electronically in line with business policies and procedures, manage reports and supporting contract documentation, and assist in the preparation for client meetings. A flexible approach to business support is essential to ensure deadlines are met.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience in technical services delivery, particularly in coordinating engineers and sub-contractors. Familiarity with CAFM systems and compliance reporting is essential, along with strong organisational and communication skills. Administration experience is essential, and knowledge of the technical services sector is desirable. You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, and excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail. The ability to manage your own time, prioritise workload, and demonstrate excellent timekeeping and planning skills is key. You should be a self-starter with strong relationship-building skills, capable of working well within a team and supporting others as needed. Discretion in handling confidential information and a professional, customer-focused approach are also essentia
