Service Support Manager
Location: Field-based role covering Nottingham, Leicester & Coventry
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday with flexibility required)
We're looking for a Service Support Manager to oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts, ensuring high service standards and compliance across a diverse portfolio. You'll manage teams across approximately 35 sites, working closely with clients and operatives to deliver excellent cleaning performance and operational efficiency.

We're looking for a Service Support Manager who will lead cleaning operations across multiple sites while driving performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships and conduct regular audit inspections across sites
- Monitor and manage performance against SLAs and cleaning specifications
- Oversee workforce management including pay, recruitment, training, and performance
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Fire regulations, and company policies (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting)
- Drive consistent service delivery standards across all contracts within your area
What we're looking for:
- Proven management experience within cleaning or soft services in a facilities management environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities across a multi-site portfolio
- IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Full UK driving licence (company car provided)
- IOSH Health & Safety qualification (desirable)
