• Working within the National Grid Customer Service Desk, in a fast paced and challenging environment providing Facilities Management support and Customer Service. Working collaboratively and efficiently with key stakeholders, the Service Delivery Manager is a professional business partner to our clients. You will ensure you motivate and drive your  team to deliver an effective service through coaching, mentoring, development and quality management to deliver the exceptional every day. Furthermore, you will be responsible for consistently thinking and acting innovatively to generate ideas and different ways of working 

Main Duties

• This will be an interesting and varied role with the main duties including, building professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders by drawing on own experience and utilising all available resources in order to both maintain and potentially improve those relationships and strengthen Mitie's relationship with the clients. Ensuring SLA's / KPI's are delivered. Ensuring that that there is sufficient operational resource to meet the customer requirements.
