We're looking for a Senior Primary Electrical – Plant Engineer to provide specialist technical expertise in the inspection, maintenance and management of primary electrical plant, ensuring safe, reliable and compliant operation across our portfolio.

Role Responsibilities

Act as a senior technical authority for primary electrical plant, providing expert support across projects and operational activities
Carry out inspections, condition assessments and performance reviews of primary plant and associated equipment
Support the development of engineering strategies, maintenance plans and improvement programmes
Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation, standards and Mitie safety procedures
Provide technical guidance to project teams, contractors and Authorised Persons
Support fault investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action planning
Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports and asset records
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving safety, efficiency and reliability

Required Qualifications

Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering (or substantial relevant experience)
Strong technical knowledge of primary electrical plant and systems
Relevant professional or industry accreditation [as applicable]
