A senior, market-facing role requiring strong commercial leadership, deep sector knowledge, and the ability to position O&M and asset management as value-critical, risk-managed services rather than commoditised maintenance.

·        Ensure commercial alignment with operational delivery and risk governance

Market Intelligence & Proposition Development

·        Shape differentiated service offerings across:

·        Feed market insight into proposition development and strategic planning.

Sales Governance & Reporting

·        Maintain accurate forecasting of opportunities, contract awards, and revenue profiles.

·        Provide monthly performance updates against targets, pipeline health, and strategic objectives.

·        Contribute to business planning, investment cases, and portfolio strategy.

·        Revenue Accountability: Ownership of annual O&M revenue and pipeline targets, aligned to long-term growth objectives.

·        Client Portfolio: National portfolio spanning renewable asset owners, investors, developers, and infrastructure clients.

·        Contract Scope: Long-term O&M, COMA, and asset management agreements covering HV/LV networks, solar PV, BESS, EV, and private networks.
