Security Support Officer – Immingham & Grimsby

Position Type: Support Officer (Variable Shifts)
Pay Rate: £12.55 – £13.15 per hour

We're looking for a proactive and committed Security Support Officer to join our trusted team, protecting people, property, and assets across key sites in Immingham and Grimsby. If you're alert, reliable, and thrive in a role where every shift brings something new, this opportunity is for you.

Your Day-to-Day Duties

Control access and exit points, ensuring secure site operations
Patrol premises, completing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) checks
Respond swiftly and professionally to incidents or emergencies
Log and report all incidents accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain a strong security presence to deter risks and enhance safety

What You'll Bring

Aged 21 or over
Full, clean UK manual driver's licence
Minimum 1 year of driving experience
SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision)
CCTV PSS Licence – or willingness to obtain
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Calm under pressure with the ability to work independently
A keen eye for detail and a professional attitude

Shifts & Flexibility

This is a support role – perfect for someone who enjoys variety. Shifts will vary across days, nights, and weekends depending on business needs, including covering for holiday, sick leave, or short-notice requirements.
