About the Role:
Serving as a relief security officer at our Kingswood campus and London campus and various sites across Central London to cover absences, sickness, and / or holidays of regular site officers.
Operating a security control room to monitor CCTV and alarms.
Creating / Deleting / Amending staff passes.
Standing posts at various locations to detect and deter unauthorised access to the building
Covering officer breaks
Delivering excellent customer service
Good level of concentration and coordinating
Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities
Physical protection of the client site from any external or internal threats and preservation of life
Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information or reputational damage
Thorough knowledge of the client site to minimise impact to business areas, escalate where appropriate and understanding of site critical systems
Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors, and visitors.
Undertaking patrolling, and searching
Responding to emergencies as needed.
Performing any other reasonable instruction from management

Must have current Full UK Driver's License and own transportation.
Must have valid SIA CCTV License
Must have valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License
Excellent IT skills and ability to master operation of CCTV, Access control system, and client-specific applications.
Ability to demonstrate you can problem solve under pressure
Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
Able to master site floor plan and fire control / response procedures.
Willing to embrace a new and exciting challenge.
