Relief Security Officer

Location: Medway

Pay rate: £12.60ph

Job Overview

To protect our customer's property, people, and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes.

Delivering results that meet and / or exceed the Key performance indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract.

To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.

Main Duties

Duties will include.

Greet visitors to the premises in a friendly and courteous manner

Building Patrols

Locking up the building – making sure the site is secure all windows and doors closed/locked.

Answering the telephone in a professional manner.

Directing patients to their appointments and handling appointment list.

Assigning room keys to staff and clinics and ensuring keys are returned and accounted for.

Reporting building issues to our maintenance team.

Filling out incident and accident reports when required.

Singing visitors into the building.

Filing documents

Ensuring the DOB is completed throughout the shift.

Going to sites on short notice.

Previous Security Experience

SIA License
