Location: Mitie Ltd. Heathrow Immigration Removal Centre
Job Type: 40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating schedules, resources, and information while ensuring project deadlines are met and standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to clarify project requirements and timelines.
- Track deliverables and ensure timely submission of key project milestones.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in resource allocation and manage project tools and software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related role.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO PASS CTC CLEARANCE AND OBTAIN AN ENHANCED DBS. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID BRITISH PASSPORT OR EU PASSPORT WITH SHARE CODE, HAVE LIVED AND WORKED IN THE UK FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS WITH NO EXTENDED TRIPS OVERSEAS (OF MORE THAN 3 MONTHS) HAVE NO CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS OR BE PART OF AN ONGOING POLICE INVESTIGATION.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification.
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., IT, construction, healthcare, marketing].
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
