Job Overview

A Project Coordinator is a vital role that ensures all projects are well-organised, on track, and effectively managed, ultimately contributing to project success.

Main Duties

Administrative Support: Managing project documentation, tracking progress, maintaining spreadsheets, and preparing reports.
Resource Management: Allocating resources, coordinating schedules, and ensuring team members have what they need to complete their tasks.
Communication: Facilitating communication between the project manager, team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Planning & Scheduling: Assisting the project manager with planning and scheduling project activities.
Budget Management: Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring project expenses.
Risk Management: Identifying and managing potential risks to the project.
Quality Control: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project.

What we are looking for

Previous experience in project or similar role.
Strong Communication Skills
Must have the ability to work under pressure and possess a wide range of other qualities in order to administer an entire project.
