Main Purpose of Role |
To coordinate the inspection, maintenance and remedial activities across the Private (Customer) Networks High Voltage business, working closely with the O&M Manager to ensure contractual obligations are met.

Key Duties and Responsibilities |
· Coordinate the pricing and renewal of routine inspection and maintenance activities, including quotation, receipt of purchase order, scheduling, delivery and invoice/completion.
· Coordinate and schedule work activities including routine inspections and intrusive maintenance.
· Coordinate the delivery of small/non-complex remedial work activities.
· Support the Engineering and Project Management teams in the delivery of complex remedial, asset replacement and project activities.
· Compile job packs in accordance with company procedure.
· Liaise with suppliers and where required the Engineer / Project Manager to ensure that the required resources, tools/equipment and materials are available for work activities.
· Coordinate sub-contract activities across all work programmes, ensuring quotations and purchase orders are in place.
· Complete and distribute regular reports to Senior Management in accordance with agreed criteria.
· Support the admin team by contributing to handling telephone calls, booking accommodation, communicating with customers, scheduling work.
· Support the business development activities by contributing to the compilation of quotations, including issue and subsequent customer liaison.
· Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the business.

Qualifications and Experience |
· 3 years' experience in a work scheduling/coordination role · 5 GCSE's Grades A-C or equivalent, including Maths and English · Administrative experience, ideally within maintenance, project or facilities management environment · Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and maintaining technical documents · Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office essential, ideally with exposure to field service management software Personal qualities: · Attention to detail, adaptable and flexible · Hardworking and organised · Ability to work well with others in a team environment · Confident in communicating at a variety of levels
