Job Overview

The Preventative Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance tasks and activities within our CAFM system. The job will include planning, scheduling and monitoring planned preventative maintenance, identifying any risks to delivery and reporting any trends. Our ideal candidate has experience in hard FM maintenance scheduling, a keen eye for detail, and excellent time management skills.
Main Duties

· Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
· Achieve the highest standards of quality, service and presentation of the business
· Foster relationships and develop a culture of trust and respect
· Manage the relevant CAFM systems appropriately ensuring that maintenance activities are tracked, documented and sufficient information is captured for analysis
· Coordinate with Operational teams and other stakeholders for the scheduling and execution of tasks
· Liase closely with commercial team to ensure all tasks are agreed and costed
· Ensure correct SFG20 schedules are applied to assets
· Escalate potential risks of delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenace tasks in line with contractual timescales
· Provide supplier performance data
· Manage all PPM activity from distribution to collation and closure
· Provide analysis for trends in persistent failure
· Liase with Supply chain for jeopardy management
· Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the contract.
What we are looking for

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Scheduler in the FM industry or similar role
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and health and safety regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Attention to detail
