About the role
The Strategic Growth Director is responsible for maximising the market share and commercial growth of all five business units within the Power & Grid division (Rock, G2, ESM, Custom Solar & Private Networks). As a brand-agnostic sales leader, this role will primarily focus on three key areas:

Key KPIs will include ‘pipeline value', ‘market share' and ‘sales mix across voltages/markets'. An essential part of the role will be proactively managing risk across the full Mitie Power & Grid sales portfolio, ensuring strategic action is taken early and often in areas such as resource, tender submissions and strategic client management.
The Strategic Growth Director will work alongside their peers within the respective Business Units to provide support and general oversight in the aim of maximising divisional growth and market penetration.
