ROLE: Performance Manager
HOURS: Full time, 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
LOCATION: Drigg Holmrook

We're looking for an experienced Performance Manager to lead the planning and delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) services, ensuring contractual compliance, high performance standards and excellent client outcomes across the LLWR site.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the delivery of all PPM works in line with contractual requirements, utilising in‑house operatives and approved supply partners.
- Ensure effective planning of reactive works, aligned to site integration processes and service level commitments.
- Work closely with the TSOC to maximise the use of Maximo, ensuring accurate reporting, record retention and compliance data.
- Maintain strict adherence to financial and commercial controls, ensuring works are in scope, correctly instructed and supported by valid purchase orders.
- Act as SQEP Supervisor where required, providing operational resilience and leadership support across the wider team.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring scopes of work align with client requirements and escalating issues where necessary.
- Ensure all works are delivered in full compliance with site procedures, SSOW, RAMS and health and safety standards, including the delivery of pre‑job briefs and on‑site supervision.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification (minimum) with a strong commitment to health and safety best practice.
- Proven experience in service delivery, KPI management and customer service performance.
- Strong commercial awareness with a sound understanding of financial and contract management processes.
- Demonstrable experience of leading teams and engaging with clients at a senior level.
- Ability to obtain and maintain SC security clearance for the LLWR site.
- Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
