Job Overview
- To work closely with the Senior People Transformation & Change Partner, to deliver a best-in-class service, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- To effectively deliver people change management activity across the business, including TUPE transfers, reorganisations, changes to T&C's, integration and M&A.
- Manage and deliver their own large scale change programmes, ensuring a robust project management plan is implemented providing clear visibility of tasks and ownership to all operational & other CoE stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders within the respective business units, such as Sales, People Directors, People Business Partners, Operations Managers, to ensure 2-way communication is clear and there is a high visibility of all Change projects
- Involvement in tender bids, including but not limited to assistance with bid material, planning for Target Operating model and client presentations.
Main Duties
To be the subject matter expert, leading on all People change aspects of all large scale and/or complex change programmes such as acquisitions, disposals, mobilisations, demobilisations, changing T's & C's and restructures and bid activity focusing on: -

- Working with the Senior operational team, Solutions Director & PBP's on the organisational design of the contract/business.
- Creation and of clear and measurable project plans with defined milestones and review sessions. Including the completion of project reporting and people metrics.
- Utilising change management strategies to implement change.
- Ensuring the change programme is managed in an ethical and legal manner with any risks being appropriately highlighted through data interrogation.
- Driving continuous improvement to our policies and processes following lessons learnt, ensuring the team are delivering through automation of an industry leading, best in class service.
- Ensuring a collaborative experience for all stakeholders by providing employment law advice that is commercial, pragmatic and technically sound.
- Coaching and influencing stakeholders to ensure that decisions are in line with current legislation while remaining commercially aware.

- Demonstrable experience of large scale and/or complex change programmes such as acquisitions, disposals, mobilisations, demobilisations, changing T's & C's and restructures
- Ability to use data analysis to challenge and influence key decision makers with a professional, yet assertive and confident approach.
- Project manage competency, identifying key risks and providing pragmatic & commercially sound resolutions in collaboration with the business.
- Excellent Employment Legislation knowledge.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with people from different levels of the organisation and across the different lines of business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, MS Forms, SharePoint, PowerBi & Teams.
Demonstrable experience to solutionise, multitask, work to deadlines, prioritise under pressure and use own initiative.
- Excellent collaborator with the ability to build effective team relationships and promote an environment of trust and flexibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a results driven with a flexible and can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in SAP HR, Success Factors and payroll system or another recognised HR database preferred but not essential.
- An understanding of 6 sigma methodology.
- CIPD qualification or Employment Law qualification is desirable.
