Multiskilled Engineer (Day Technician) (74668)

ssist in the operation, monitoring, and support of facility systems including heating, cooling, power supply, generators, electrical distribution, and non-critical mechanical systems. Responsibilities include maintenance, inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and supporting senior technicians.

Main Duties:

Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of systems
Troubleshooting and emergency repairs
Inspections, analysis, and improvement planning
Installation, decommissioning, and power bonding of equipment
Equipment cleaning, tool calibration, and maintenance documentation updates
Support vendor management, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance
Emergency response and facility housekeeping

Requirements:

1+ year experience in data centers/critical environments
Technically proficient in fault diagnostics and system troubleshooting
Knowledge of meters, sensors, and standard tools
Good communication and computer skills
Qualification in building services engineering (City & Guilds, 18th Edition IEE)
Knowledge of UPS, generators, HVAC, refrigeration, and CAFM systems
