As a Mobile Multi Technician, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, including plumbing, carpentry, and decorating. This role exists to ensure our clients' facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, enhancing their day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Multi Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services across various client sites. Your tasks will include building fabric repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, and decorating. You'll ensure all work is completed to a high standard, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with clients during service visits. The role requires a proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirement:
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between client sites.
- IT literate, confident using mobile devices for documentation and communication.
- Experience in maintenance or facilities management, with skills in plumbing, carpentry, and decorating.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Awareness of Health & Safety practices and willingness to work at heights, in confined spaces, and participate in an on-call rota (training provided).
