ROLE: Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias
HOURS: Full Time
LOCATION: Tyne and Wear(Mobile Region)

We're looking for an M&E Engineer who will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of mechanical and electrical building services within a commercial/industrial environment.
Role Responsibilities:
• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building services (lighting, controls, heating, boilers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, compressed air systems, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure safe operation and repair of all M&E plant, fabric and equipment on site.
• Participate in energy‑saving initiatives and support efficient building operation in line with site and business procedures.
• Take part in the on‑call rota, providing out‑of‑hours reactive support including occasional weekend/evening duties.
• Identify, report and resolve faults, completing all documentation, reports, and handheld updates to a high standard.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical or C&G 2382‑18 (18th Edition).
• SC Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance in commercial/industrial environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
