ROLE: Multi-Skilled Engineer
HOURS: Core hours 08:00 – 17:00 (flexibility required, including standby rota)

We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic Multi-Skilled Engineers to join our growing engineering family, delivering high-quality maintenance services across a variety of operational assets.

Our Skilled Engineers are employed on work appropriate to their core and specialist skills, while also developing additional capabilities to work flexibly across trades. Training and up-skilling will be provided where required.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines
• Carry out installations, modifications, and repairs in line with project requirements and legal standards
• Diagnose faults, optimise equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement to maximise efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain and repair plant and equipment, ensuring reliability and raising issues promptly to supervisors
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders, providing clear technical communication and excellent customer service

Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• Experience working within commercial properties and building services environments
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and statutory compliance requirements
• Ability to prioritise workload, work independently, and demonstrate a proactive approach
• Full UK driving licence and ability to accurately complete reports and use digital systems
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Gas or HVAC specialism)

Additional Requirements (Discipline Specific):

• Gas: COCN1 or CODNCO1 (essential), additional certifications desirable
• AC/HVAC: NVQ Level 3 and F-Gas qualification (essential)
• Electrical: NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, and 2391-52 Testing & Inspection (essential)
• Plumbing: NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (essential)
