General small repairs (e.g. re-fixing door handles, door closers, loose
hinges/items, replace slats in blinds, shower fixings and rails)
• Building Fabric - External – damaged (gate, fence repair, patios)
• Noticeboards/whiteboards - install
• Minor tap repairs
• Replacing light bulbs
• Replace doors including adjustment to fire door openers
• Toilet seat re fixing and replacement
• Small scale movement of furniture and boxes c <20kg
• Small scale furniture repairs (not upholstered fabric)
• Loose carpet fixing/carpet tile replacing
• Hanging and re fixing items to walls
• Assembly of flat pack furniture
• Installation of curtain poles and measuring of windows
• General decoration (painting) (up to 4 hours per visit)
• Ad hoc graffiti removal (internal)
• Minor fabric repairs, walls, skirting boards, doors.
• Minor drain blockages (excluding misuse of toilets)
• Mastic joint re-sealing of sanitary units
• Installation and repair of spy holes
• Ad hoc replacement of damaged or faulty locks or associated, including
installation of bolts, padlocks etc.
• Ad hoc Digi lock code changes (security policy dictates regular changes
