We are looking for an experienced Mailroom and Reprographics Assistant to provide efficient mailroom and reprographics services across various client departments, ensuring timely handling of incoming and outgoing mail, courier accounts, and high-quality print production. The role also involves managing print equipment and supporting the wider Mitie soft services team.

Your responsibilities will include Managing multiple accounts Royal Mail, city Sprint, DXm provide comprehensive reprographics services, including daily printing and document production. Manage Xerox printers including: Monitoring and replenishing paper stock, Replacing toner, Resolving print faults and escalating where necessary. General administration to support the contract and Support the wider Mitie soft services team in line with role responsibilities.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Experience working in a mailroom or reprographics environment. Proficiency in English and Mathematics. Familiarity with postal and courier systems (e.g. Royal Mail OBA, DX, City Sprint). Understanding of print management and reprographics equipment, especially Xerox machines. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Good organisational and problem-solving skills and Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Desirable:

Prior experience working in a government or public sector environment. Basic IT proficiency (e.g. Microsoft Office, print queue management software). Ability to manage multiple accounts in a time sensitive manner

Additional Information:

Uniform and full training will be provided. This role may involve light-to-moderate physical duties (e.g. lifting paper boxes)
