LV/HV Technician
Location: UK Wide (ideally based in the Midlands or South)
Hours: 40 Hours - Monday to Friday

We're looking for an LV / HV Technician (Authorised Person) to carry out the safe operation, maintenance and control of electrical systems across our sites, ensuring compliance with legislation, safety rules and operational procedures.

Role Responsibilities

Operate, maintain and isolate LV and HV electrical systems in line with Authorised Person responsibilities
Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely, following permits to work, switching procedures and risk assessments
Carry out inspections, fault finding and maintenance to ensure continuity of supply
Maintain accurate records, logs and compliance documentation
Act as a technical point of contact, supporting colleagues and contractors on site

Required Qualifications

Authorised Person (AP) status for LV and/or HV systems
Relevant electrical qualification (e.g. 18th Edition, HNC)
Full UK driving licence

What we're looking for

Proven experience working with LV/HV electrical systems in an operational or facilities environment
Strong understanding of electrical safety rules, legislation and safe systems of work
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in safety‑critical situations
Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and contractors
A proactive, professional approach with strong attention to detail
