Job Title: Hygiene Supervisor Nights
Rate of Pay: £15.85 per hour
Hour: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 18:00 to 06:00 working 4 nights on, 4 nights off
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced working Hygiene Supervisor to work in a seafood manufacturing site. This will include supporting the activities taking place throughout the night shift. Main duties are:
- Deliver training for new starters and existing colleagues to improve hygiene standards
- Deputise for the Shift Manager when on leave
- Clean equipment as required to support the team and ensure handovers are achieved on time
- Complete daily sign off sheets and training records
- Interact with client staff to resolve any issues at handover
- Monitor the safe use of equipment and ensure colleagues are working safely, in line with processes
- Support recruitment and HR processes as required
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and food hygiene experience. They will have good communication skills, be passionate about delivering an exceptional service and be able to work on their own initiative.
