Are you an experienced HR Systems professional with a passion for driving digital transformation in HR? We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HR Systems Manager to join our team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful projects and optimise our HR technology landscape, with a particular focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and Manage: Oversee a small team of 2 Systems Analysts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our HR systems.
- SuccessFactors Expertise: Configure, manage, and optimise SAP SuccessFactors to align with business needs.
- Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end HR systems projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.
- Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and system integrity.
- Training & Support: Deliver training and provide expert support to HR teams and system users.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement system enhancements and process efficiencies.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure systems meet legal, data protection, and security requirements.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Change Management: Drive change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and user engagement.
What We're Looking For
- SuccessFactors Proficiency: Proven experience and accreditation in key modules such as Employee Central, Admin Centre, Reporting, and Replication.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with systems such as SAP, AskHR, Reward Gateway, Service Now, Advisor Plus – Empower, CPI, OpenText, Kalidus, and Procius.
- Project Leadership: Strong track record of managing HR systems projects from concept to completion.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent Communicator: Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solver: Proactive and solution-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
