Mitie Technical Services are looking for an Help Desk Coordinator to join our team based in our Whiteley office. 

The position is a full time role, with a shift bonus for shift pattern. Working hours will be : Mon – Fri (Excl EBH) 07:00 – 16:00 one week, 10:00 – 19:00 next week.

What are the objectives and responsibilities for this role?

You will be required to manage the incoming demand of a busy Help Desk creating a triage of inbound faults and compliance requirements and managing first level escalations. You will be required to handle the telephone, email and system notifocations in line with SLA and quality standards required, working closely with the quality, planning and operational teams. You will need to Comply with Health and Safety policy/legislation, carring out duties in compliance with MITIE Technical Facilities Management Ltd Policies and Procedures  in a professional manner to a suitable standard to meet both Client and MITIE expectations ensuring that so far as is reasonably practicable Mitie reacts efficiently and effectively in line with client SLA's and KPI's .

 What are the Qualifications & Experiences needed for this role?

You will be required to have experience of working in a Help Desk or Compliance environment . A good knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM system, and be compitent using Microsoft  Excel. An A level standard or equivalent business would be desirable however  the knowledge of the hard services and facilities management would be essential.
