Knowledge / Experience Required:

•    Tactical operational management experience of working in a similar role with a diverse property portfolio.
•    Professional, technical or management qualification or willingness to study towards
•    Significant management and leadership experience at senior level in a large, complex, and demanding stakeholder environment.
•    Demonstrable evidence of developing and sustaining a customer focussed culture, and in initiating, developing and maintaining long-term collaborative partnerships with clients.
•    Proven track record of successful financial and commercial management
•    Considerable experience in leading and motivating high performance teams.
•    Experience in managing supplier relationships to achieve high quality services and outcomes.
•    Demonstrable P&L experience and a high degree of commercial acumen to play a full part in contributing to the overall growth of the Account.
•    Technically capable, commercially aware and with the ability, gravitas, resilience and presence to inspire and influence those around them.
•    IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office or similar applications.
•    Strong commercial acumen with the ability to create and deliver successful financial plans.
