Location: Split time between Halifax and Leeds
Contract: Full time, 40 hours per week, £15.45 per hour
About the Role
We're looking for a confident, people‑focused Front of House Supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced, hospitality-led environment and takes pride in setting the standard.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll be the visible, trusted presence on site — supporting your team, engaging with clients, and ensuring every guest interaction feels professional, warm, and seamless.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading Front of House shifts with confidence, energy, and purpose
- Setting the tone for exceptional customer service and professional standards
- Being a role model for behaviours, presentation, and guest engagement
- Supporting rotas, absence management, and last‑minute cover when needed
- Quality-checking service delivery and continuously raising the bar
- Building strong working relationships with clients, Facilities, and stakeholders
- Rolling up your sleeves to support the team during busy or high-profile moments
- Spotting opportunities to improve the guest experience and how we work

- Experience in hospitality, Front of House, or customer-focused service, ideally with some leadership responsibility
