- Lead an on site team of engineers to carry out the contracted PPM and reactive tasks as well as liasing with the client on regular basis by means of carrying out regular site visit/inspections as well as written and verbal communitcation. Ensuring contract and company processes are followed.

Main duties
· Carry out regular site inspections of areas under MITIE's control, as well as site paperwork to ensure that its inline with the company policies and contract expectations.
· Update maximo compliance system with certificates and follow actions.
· To undertake surveys with regard to quoting repairs/alterations and quote accordingly.
· To update the Administration team on overdue tasks, with close SLA mangement.
· Technical assistance to team.
· Technical assistance and adviceto client.
· Assume contractor managers responsibilities when unavailable.
· Be on a call out rota to provide the client with out of hours cover
· Monitor any defects at time of contractor service visits
· To carry out works specified
· To ensure team understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time
· To ensure team understand and comply with policies and procedures
· To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
· To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
- Need strong mechanical background for maintenance,
· To safely and efficiently install, maintain and repair mechanical assets
- To carry out diagnostic and fault finding on mechanical assets
- To carry out routine servicing and commissioning to plant
- Carry out and record Team Briefs and TBTs
- Manage and progress all work on client Reactive report, ensuring any work under mitie's responsibilty is in maximo

Management allocated out of ours work to ensure its completed in the required time frames.
What we are looking for
- X
· Proven track record in Building Services.
· Proven track record of Supervising a team of M&E and Fabric engineers
· Experience working within the Retail/Shopping Centre environment.
· Client focussed and good people skills.
· Good IT skills and familiar with Microsoft Office.
· Relivant qualifications to trade
· Experience in dealing with all types of maintenance activities
· Knowledge of Health and Safety and safe working practices
· Strong customer care focus
· Be proactive and capable of anticipating potential faults
