This role exists to ensure the ongoing upkeep and safety of the site's infrastructure. Your work will directly support operational continuity and enhance the experience of everyone on site.

Responsibilities:

As a Fabric engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of building fabric maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and patch repairs. You'll also support compliance activities such as legionella checks, escort contractors around the site, and ensure all work is logged accurately using IT systems. Maintaining high standards of safety, communication, and customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements:
- Experience in facilities management or a relevant trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, or general building maintenance)
- Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills to support a range of fabric repair tasks
- Physically fit and capable of working at heights, in confined spaces, and performing manual handling
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members
- Comfortable using IT systems to log maintenance activities, inspections, and updates
