Employee Relations (ER) Advisor
Location: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in our Birmingham office

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex ER matters, providing expert advice aligned with employment law and best practice.
- Coach and support managers to handle ER issues confidently, fairly, and consistently.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues, senior stakeholders, legal teams, and Occupational Health provider.
- Contribute to the review and improvement of ER policies and processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Use our advanced case management system to deliver a consistent, high-quality remote service.
- Support a wide range of contracts across both public and private sectors, offering variety and challenge.
What You'll Bring
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices.
- Proven experience managing a high-volume ER caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- A people-first mindset with a commitment to confidentiality, fairness, and respect.
- A curious, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
