Main Job Objectives:
The role will be responsible for working as part of the team and assisting the Senior Account Manager and Account Director in supporting the waste management process. Engaging and working collaboratively with site-based facilities teams to ensure all paperwork is completed and filed according to legislative and client requirements across all sites under out control
Strategic responsibilities
· Working in partnership with the Contract Manager and Account Director to deliver against the key objectives for the contract
· To work with the Senior Account Manager to provide waste data analysis and providing detailed feedback to the client.
Main Duties
- Administrative support for JLL & managing Agent Team
- Elogbooks – PPMs / Monthly Meetings / update CVFs
- QBR data gathering from Elogbooks
- Monitoring elogbooks regularly to achieve SLA's.
- Ad hoc quotations and reactive mobilisation for the large projects.
- Invoicing chasing and AI recovery support.
- Review contract downloads with HD and AMs. System corrections
- MA transition log / NCAF data gathering

- Keen individual that can support the account managment team and use microsoft word and excel packages
