Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a varied role where you can make a real impact?

Mitie is a leading facilities management and professional services company, and we're looking for a proactive Contract Support Operative to join our team. You'll play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support across multiple Mitie locations, helping our teams deliver excellent service and meet their goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing efficient administrative and operational support to across the national account.
  • Running and analysing reports to help improve our operations.
  • Assisting with training coordination and ensuring operational compliance on-site.
  • Helping with compliance queries and ensuring all mandatory learning is completed.
  • Keeping our data trackers up-to-date and readily available.

What you'll bring:

  • A proactive approach and a passion for excellent customer service.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help others.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Engaging communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • A calm and composed approach when facing pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A valid SIA Licence (essential).
