Pay: £14.80 per hour.
Contract Type: Part Time.
Hours: 20 hours per week.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday from 7pm to 11pm.
Location: WPP - London - Rose Court.
In your new role as a Cleaner Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of cleaning operatives to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. You will help ensure all cleaning duties are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with site specifications and Health & Safety requirements.
You will oversee the use and upkeep of cleaning equipment, making sure it is kept clean, in safe working order, and used correctly. You will also be expected to monitor stock levels and ensure cleaning supplies are available when needed.
Your leadership will help drive team performance, ensuring all team members complete required training and deliver their duties in line with agreed SLAs. You will be proactive in resolving any issues, motivating your team, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Good communication with clients and staff is essential, always delivering excellent customer service and looking for ways to improve service delivery.

Previous cleaning and/or supervisory experience is desirable
