Job Title: Cleaner (Weekends and Cover for Mid Week)

Note: A driving license would be preferential

We are looking for a dedicated Cover Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to maintain all cleaning equipment and areas in a clean, well-maintained, and safe condition, adhering to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will gain a comprehensive understanding of your designated cleaning area, including optimal hours for cleaning tasks and the specific cleaning equipment and chemicals used on-site, while complying with Health and Safety regulations.

As a Weekend Cleaner and Cover Cleaning Operative, you will work flexible hours, ranging from 2 to 8-hour shifts, to provide coverage for absences within our team. Your availability for morning, daytime, or evening shifts is essential.

Training and Collaboration:

To succeed in this role, you will need to complete all necessary cleaning and operational training independently. Team collaboration is crucial, but you should also be comfortable working independently when needed.

Customer Service:

Building strong, positive relationships with our clients is a key aspect of this role. In your new role as a Cleaneryou will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
