We're looking for someone who is as passionate about fostering a culture of innovation as we are, to lead the communications activity for our large-scale, technology focused transformation programme.
You will be joining our in-house Communications Team who act as the Centre of Excellence for all Internal Communications across the Group. Reporting to a Senior Communications Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the Group's Facilities Transformation Strategy at a time when we are deploying industry-leading technology to support our 70,000 colleagues to deliver exceptional results for the organisations we work for.
Main Duties
Support and Deliver Change Management Strategies: Collaborate with your peers in the Communications Business Partnering team to execute our change management plan. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of innovative strategies that drive effective communication and facilitate change across our complex matrix organisation.
Lead Communication Efforts: Deliver communication plans that effectively convey change initiatives to our wonderfully diverse teams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with C-Suite, Project Teams, Managers, and Supervisors to support them throughout the change process.
Monitor and Report: Track the progress of change initiatives and report on their effectiveness.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality communication materials that translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling messages.
What we are looking for
Experience: 3-4+ years of experience in employee communications, with previous roles in managing communications for complex change programmes essential. Experience in the deployment and engagement of large-scale technology changes would be advantageous.
Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce clear, compelling content focusing on technology while ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communications. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications to create, edit, and manage documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. Familiar with change management principles and methodologies in order to effectively support and communicate change initiatives. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
