What You'll Be Doing
We're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to join our team in Corsham, Wiltshire, as a Business Administration Apprentice.You'll be part of a workplace where learning and growth are encouraged — and where your contribution will help drive real progress.
As an Apprentice at Mitie, you'll be at the heart of what we do, making a real impact from day one. Here's a glimpse of what your journey could include:
- Produce accurate records and documents including emails, audits and reports whilst maintaining and managing confidentiality.
- Be skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the business area you will be working in

Take initiative and confidently conduct meetings to gather feedback

Build strong communication skills — whether in person, by phone, email, or using digital tools

Learn the basics of project management and take the lead on projects when needed
As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Business Administration which will last for 15 months. You will develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to support and improve business operations at Mitie. You will be fully supported by Wiltshire College to achieve this qualification through 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials and masterclasses. You will the support from our skilled leadership team at Mitie to grow in a professional commercial environment giving you the chance to work on real projects and grow your skills.

We're searching for ambitious, driven individuals who are excited about learning and ready to take on new challenges. To thrive as a Mitie apprentice, you'll need:
- You must live and work in the UK, and be capable of obtaining UK Security Clearance
- Possess a minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths, or the willingness to achieve these quallifications alongside the Apprenticeship.
- A genuine interest in how businesses operate, along with problem-solving skills and good attention to detail.
- The ability to show initiative, critical thinking skills, prioritize time, and demonstrate potential for people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others.
- Commitment to completing your apprenticeship and growing with us, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability, punctuality, a positive attitude, good communication skills (both written and verbal), and a willingness to improve administrative services.
