PFI/Healthcare experience advantageous. • NVQ entry level 2/3 building maintenance qualification, preferably in Carpentry with fire door installation experience or minimum experience of 3 years at management level. • Leads by example. • Highly motivated and driven by social responsibility to achieve the highest levels of delivery in a healthcare environment. • Confident, with the ability to work under pressure in a calm and positive way. • Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to express your thoughts clearly, whether written or spoken. • Strong commercial awareness. • Excellent IT skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • A dedicated team player with an enthusiastic personality. • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Comfort in a job in where there are never enough hours in the day, and the ability to prioritise the use of your time to maximum effort. • Full UK driving licence. • Proven operational delivery of a technical workforce (within a healthcare setting is advantageous). • HTM qualifications / understanding preferrable. • Flexible, ensuring the account maintains a Building Fabric site presence 24/7/365 days. • A desire and ability to succeed through the success of your team. • Comfort working with numbers and in particular a business working with P&L and Cash Flow. • Comfort working with complicated contracts. • Collaboration with operational and functional colleagues within Mitie Communities and also across wider Mitie. • Evidence of experience that provides the competencies however gained. |
