ROLE: Billable Works Co‑Ordinator
HOURS: 40 Hours in a week.
LOCATION: Swansea.

We're looking for a Billable Works Co‑Ordinator who will support the delivery of a wide range of chargeable works across multiple disciplines instructed by our client.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of works in compliance with the contract and governance arrangements.
- Quality assurance.
- Completing RAMS reviews and ensuring contractors have required training and in‑date documentation.
- Ensuring appropriate risk assessments and statutory documentation is in place ahead of works commencing.
- Managing the booking‑in of contractors.
- Managing communications with all stakeholders.
- Risk and opportunity management.
- Reporting progress at regular intervals.
- Management of the billable works tracker to ensure accurate information is available.
- Seeking and developing ongoing continuous improvement.
- Support the team in delivering department objectives.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, policies, and best practices to safeguard the well‑being of staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Raising POs to suppliers.
- Updating CAFM system.
- Undertake any other duties as required by your supervisor, commensurate with your skills and experience.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAFM systems.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues across different departments.
